It is a responsibility of my customers to provide me the right USA size in my on-line store at check out.

If you DO NOT KNOW your SIZE, the best way to be sure is to go to a jewelry place and measure your finger with a PROFESSIONAL JEWELER.

I would recommend you:
- To use all tips from them
- To be sure to print out the chart with “ACTUAL SIZE”/100% setting on your printer.
- Measure finger size 3 to 4 times to avoid any mistake.
- If you use "inside diameter" method, measure only inside diameter of perfectly round ring.
- Avoid using string or paper to measure finger size as these materials can stretch or twist, yielding an inaccurate measurement.

Tips for help:
The size of your fingers can change from many factors, so I would recommend you to take measuring at the end of a day.
Usually, no more then half size bigger or half size smaller from your true size could still fit all right. A ring for pinky finger needs to fit snag, because it could slide of finger easily.
Right hand has bigger sizes, then left one for same fingers.
Always indicate your true size. Since wider rings need to be bigger, I make them a half or whole size bigger. So, you just need to provide me your actual size of the finger.
It is very important the most accurate measuring possible for your satisfaction. In case, the ring does not fit properly, I will be happy to re-size it, but keep in mind that not all ring designs can be re-sized.
My policy covers this free service 30 days after I shipped out. So, the sooner you let me know, the better. Also, I will cover the re-sizing cost IN MY SHOP, You are responsible to ship properly the piece to be re-sized to me. If you claim any size mistake after 30 days policy there is a re-sizing fee of $25. I do not do any refund to anybody for taking my pieces to be resized locally by somebody else.
